What we learn

Torah for real life

  • A Friday-night table with challah, wine and candles
  • Hands holding an old open book
  • Sunrise over desert hills
  • The soul

Torat HaNefesh: understanding your inner world, thoughts, emotions, and character, as the Torah and the sages teach it.

  • Family

A home with peace, respect, and joy, and how to build it day by day.

  • Marriage & relationships

Love, giving, and honest communication between partners, drawn from the depth of the Torah.

  • Children

Raising children with love and with boundaries, and passing on faith.

  • Mental health

Peace of mind, facing worry and sadness, and finding real sources of strength and hope.

  • Prayer

Learning to speak with God: what prayer is, how to pray, and why it changes us.

  • Closeness to God

Dvekut: feeling close to the Creator in the middle of ordinary life, not only on special days.

  • Living God’s will

What God asks of us, and how it becomes a way of life.

  • And much more

The questions you bring with you. Every honest question is a good place to start.

The source

Rooted in the Torah of Israel

Everything we learn comes from the Torah: the Tanakh as the Jewish people have always learned it, and the words of Jewish sages through the generations. The same sources that have carried people through joy and hardship for thousands of years, opened again for the questions of today.

“It is a tree of life to those who hold fast to it.”

Proverbs 3:18

Questions

I’m not Jewish. Can I join?

Yes, gladly. Wisdom Rush is open to anyone seeking truth, faith, and a better life. We learn the wisdom of the Torah and what it says to every human being.

Do I need any background?

No. We start wherever you are. It works for someone who has never opened a Jewish book, and for someone who has learned for years and wants new depth.

Why a small group?

Because real change happens between people. In a small group everyone knows each other, there’s time for your questions, and someone actually notices how you’re doing.

Where does the content come from?

All of it comes from the Torah of Israel: the Tanakh as Jews learn it, and the teachings of the Jewish sages across the generations. Nothing invented, nothing mixed in.

What happens after I sign up?

We get back to you personally, by email or WhatsApp, to say hello and hear what you’re looking for. Meeting times and format are arranged together with you.
